Accuracy Adjustment of Magnetic Level Indicator and Remote Transmitter Magnetic Level Indicator is based on the law of magnetic coupling effect to achieve real-time level measurements and display. Within the chamber is a magnetic float assembly inside, which floats on the fluid’s surface. As the fluid level rises or falls, so does the magnetic float. As the float moves up or down, the magnet assembly rotates a series of bi-color magnetic flags or flaps, changing the visual indicators mounted just outside the chamber from white color to red. Next, the current of remote transmitter should be corrected. Align the zero point of the float with the marked zero position to the lowest end of the transmitter tube, adjust the 4mA potentiometer to 4mA current value, then remove the float and adjust the 20mA potentiometer to 20mA current value.
