Features and Specifications
Snap switches are available in various contact configurations including S.P.D.T., S.P.S.T. - N.O., and S.P.S.T. - N.C. They have a contact gap of less than 3 mm and can handle a switching voltage of 250 V AC, with an option for 400 V on request. The maximum switched current ranges from less than 0.1 A to 21 A, depending on the model. The total travel is 2.6 mm, and the switches are designed to operate within ambient temperatures of 40T85, 40T125, and 40T150. The proof tracking index is PTI 300.

Materials
The housing and cover are made of PET (UL94 V-0), while the actuator is made of POM (max. 85 °C) or alternatively PET (UL94 V-0). Contacts are available in D41 AuAgPt (Crosspoint), D42 Ag, and D43 - D48 AgNi. Terminals are made of CuZn or Cu, and the auxiliary actuator is made of nickel-plated steel or stainless steel.

Approvals and Protection
The switches have an interior protection degree of IP40.

Mounting and Terminals
Various terminal options are available, including Q.C. terminals in different sizes and configurations, solder terminals, and PCB terminals. Mounting holes are specified with global version dimensions.

Switching Parameters
Switch models vary in maximum operating force, pretravel, overtravel, differential travel, rest position, and operating point. These parameters are detailed for models D41 to D48.

Electrical Rating and Operating Life
Electrical ratings are provided according to EN 61058-1 and UL 1054 standards. The electrical life is specified for 40T85 operations, with mechanical lifetime details based on actuator material and operating force.

Auxiliary Actuator Options
