KILOFLOW®
KiloFlow® is a continuous flow reactor designed for process development and small-scale production. It features integrated heat exchangers and a metal-free flow path, providing optimal control for challenging flow chemistry applications. Its compact and modular construction allows for various reaction types and flexible production quantities, ranging from 12 grams to 6 kilograms per hour. The system is suitable for use in both laboratory and pilot plant environments.
The glass reactors offer excellent heat and mass transfer capabilities, enhanced mixing through SOR structure, and are available in different types. They are noted for their German quality.
- Reaction types: Capable of handling complex reactions such as A + B → P1 + C = P.
- Throughput: Ranges from 0.2 to 100 ml/min, supporting up to 6 kg/h.
- Flexible reaction volume: From 0.8 to 18 ml.
