The formation of pitting corrosion is facilitated by high chloride amounts in the water, high temperatures and still solutions When using niroklar FS 28 the items to be washed, the cleaning system and the drain pipes must be acid-compatible Acidic cleaning of milking and milk-cooling systems, lines and milk tanks in milkproducing establishments Cleaning of production plants and filling systems, tanks, containers and lines using automated CIP processes and in circulation processes Performance spectrum: niroklar FS 28 is an acidic detergent based on organic acids and has the following properties: • Reliably removes mineral deposits such as limescale and milk stone Free of nitric acid and phosphoric acid Optimum cleaning performance at 40 °C and above Suitable for organic production Material-preserving adjustment - ideally suited for silicone teat liners Suitable for stainless steel, aluminium, rubber and acid-resistant plastics and seals General notes on application: • • Cleaning of milking and milk-cooling systems, lines and milk tanks: The application concentration is 0.5 - 1.0 per cent by weight depending on application, water hardness and degree of soiling at temperatures of 40 °C 80 °C Cleaning by means of automated CIP processes or circulation processes: The application concentration is 0.5 - 3.0 per cent by weight depending on application, water hardness and degree of soiling at temperatures of 40 °C - 80 °C For professional use only. In order to avoid product residues, rinse surfaces with drinking water, especially those that come in contact with food, after each cleaning and disinfection measure. Do not mix with other products. Rinse out dosing system including suction hose with water before changing product. Only dose from the original container. Do not use as a concentrate – only as a working solution.
