niroklar® 77 Acidic Detergent for the food industry Liquid concentrate water hardness, in the temperature range of 40 °C – 80 °C Fields of application: • Cleaning of production systems, containers, tanks and lines using automated CIP processes or in circulation processes in the food industry • Cleaning of reusable transport boxes and containers: The application concentration is 0.3–0.5 per cent by weight depending on degree of soiling at approx. 60 °C • Cleaning of reusable transport boxes and containers in cleaning systems • Manual cleaning: The application concentration is 0.2–1.0 per cent by weight, depending on degree of soiling and water hardness • Cleaning of barrels and containers in keg cleaning systems in breweries and the drinks industry • niroklar 77 must not be mixed with active chlorine-containing cleaning solutions • Cleaning of milk tankers, deep cleaning of production systems in the milk industry • Acidic and/or oxidative detergents and disinfectants must not be used for long-term use due to the risk of pitting corrosion of stainless steel.
