Rebuild Process
TriHawk bits and housings are factory rebuilt to ensure they perform like new. The process involves a unique mix of materials and controlled temperatures to maintain strength and durability in high-stress rock boring applications.

FASTRAK Exchange Program
This program offers a 48-hour bit exchange to keep projects on schedule. Customers can contact their local authorized dealer to ship their TriHawk bit for evaluation. Upon acceptance of the quote, a rebuilt bit is shipped within 48 hours, or shipping is free. This service is available for Genuine Ditch Witch® TriHawk I, III, and V drill bits.

REGEN Rebuild Program
Customers can send their TriHawk bit to the factory via an authorized dealer for evaluation and a rebuild cost quote. Once the quote is accepted, the bit is rebuilt and returned approximately two weeks after arrival at the factory. This program is available for Genuine Ditch Witch TriHawk Housings and rock bits, including TriHawk I, III, and V.

Quality Guarantee
If a failure occurs due to the rebuilding process, the bit will be rebuilt or exchanged at no charge. Dealers should inspect housings to determine if rebuilding is necessary, based on specific criteria such as movement of the bit or wear in certain areas.

Rebuild Guidelines
Specific guidelines are provided for when TriHawk I, III, and V bits and housings need rebuilding, based on wear measurements and conditions. These include measurements from the bottom of the bit to the top leading corner and conditions like missing teeth or material washout.

Program Availability
A table outlines the availability of the REGEN Rebuild and FASTRAK Exchange programs for different TriHawk models and drill classes. Not all tooling is eligible for the 48-hour exchange.
