INTRODUCING THE NEW LOW-PROFILE SPROCKET™ The Ditch Witch® organization now offers an innovative, new low-profile sprocket for trencher booms that is designed to help reduce seize-up and flat-spotting during trenching. The low-profile tooth design also minimizes chain wear and potential binding from rocks and other debris. Ditch Witch low-profile sprockets are compatible with the following trencher booms in greasable and/or sealed designs: LOW-PROFILE SPROCKET STANDARD BOOM • Proven, rugged design • Abrasion-resistant wear bars top and bottom; flip boom for extra life • Low-profile teeth on tail roller reduce seize up and flat-spotting roller • Manual adjustment for chain tensioning • Lower profile teeth (versus traditional sprockets) result • Available with tail roller (greasable or sealed) or new in less chain wear and potential for binding low-profile sprocket (greasable or sealed) • Available in 18”, 24”, 30”, 36”, 42”, and 48” depths SPLIT BOOM • Lower cost for value-minded consumer operating in light to medium conditions • Unique split boom design allows for quick and easy installation and removal (reduced sticking) • Available with tail roller (greasable or sealed) or new lowprofile sprocket (greasable or sealed) • Available in 24” and 30” depths GREASABLE BOOM • Similar to our proven manual-adjustment boom, but with a grease cylinder to tension the digging chain • Available with sealed roller, greasable roller or greasable low-profile sprocket • Available in 24”, 30” and 36” depths
