KPS2000 Series Piezoelectric Jetting Valve (Upgraded) This series of piezoelectric jetting valve is a non-contact jetting system of high speed and precision which can process low, medium, high and ultra-high viscosity fluid; according to fluid features, optional configurations are available for UV glue, erosion resistant, PUR glue, etc. Compared with the previous two generations of piezoelectric valves, the KPS2000 piezoelectric valve has greatly improved in aspects of self-calibration mode, rapid process recovery capability, integrated design of core components, and improved impact force; it not only improves ability for complex processes but also effectively reduces the operation and maintenance costs. Combined with KPC2000 integrated and multi-functional piezoelectric valve controller, it can be widely used in non-contact high-precision glue dispensing operations in the fields of advanced semiconductor manufacturing and mobile electronic device packaging. KPS2000 Piezoelectric Jetting System Features and Advantages Stable and Consistent Dispensing Concentric design and direct connection between tappet guiding seat and runner ensuring coaxiality of tappet and nozzle and then stable dispensing thereof. Jetting force increases by 20% and higher density adhesive processable (up to 500000cps). Quantitative and Accurate Tuning Scale Mark The tuning component carries precise calibration tails with minimal tuning scale of 0.01mm. Faster Process Restoration Auxiliary enhanced ADJ calibration function brings repeatable accuracy of 0.01mm. Direct jetting after regular cleaning and assembly, ADJ calibration not required, which enables fast restoration within 2 minutes.
