Specifications:
The FL60SV Servo Series includes models FL60SV20 and FL60SV40. These servo motors have a frame size of 60mm and are available in two power ratings: 200W and 400W. Both models operate at a rated speed of 3000 rpm with a DC link voltage of 48V. The rated torque for the FL60SV20 is 0.64 Nm, while for the FL60SV40, it is 1.27 Nm. Maximum torque values are 1.92 Nm and 3.81 Nm, respectively.
Electrical Characteristics:
The motors have a voltage constant of 6.5 V/krpm and a torque constant of 0.107 Nm/A. The resistance line-line is 0.56 Ω for the 200W model and 0.25 Ω for the 400W model. Inductance line-line values are 1.2 mH and 0.55 mH, respectively. The electrical time constant is 2 ms for the 200W model and 1.42 ms for the 400W model.
Mechanical Characteristics:
Both models have a pole number of 8 and a maximum voltage rising of 8 kV/μs. The rotor moment of inertia is 0.21 kgcm² for the 200W model and 0.43 kgcm² for the 400W model. The motors are designed with an insulation class F and can withstand a maximum radial force of 245 N and an axial force of 98 N.
Environmental Conditions:
The motors operate within a temperature range of -20℃ to 40℃ and humidity below 90% RH without dewing. They should be installed away from active gases, combustible gases, oil drops, and ash. The installation altitude affects power rating, with a decrease of 1.5% per 100m above 1000m, up to a maximum of 4000m.
Physical Dimensions:
The standard FL60SV motor has a length of 150mm for the 200W model and 175mm for the 400W model. With a brake, the lengths are 110mm and 135mm, respectively. The motors are enclosed in a black aluminum flange measuring 255×255×6mm.
Additional Features:
The motors include a 2500p/rev incremental encoder for feedback and have an optional temperature sensor. They are cooled using a totally enclosed non-ventilated method and have a protection level of IP65 with shaft sealing at IP54.
