Processing Conditions: The product should be used in a well-ventilated area with temperatures above +10°C and humidity below 80%. It will not cure below +10°C.

Application Instructions:

Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and grease-free.
Sand surfaces slightly and remove uncured old paint and primers.
Mix the filler with hardener thoroughly, using no more than 3% hardener to avoid spotting.
De-rust and dry sand defective spots to bare metal using P 80 / 150 sandpaper.
After drying, sand with P 150 / 240, then P 240 / 360 to a matte finish before applying filler.
For non-ferrous metals, apply a priming coat for optimal adhesion.
Do not overcoat without isolating the surface with 1K or 2K filler.
Only dry sanding is recommended.

VOC Regulation: The EU limit for this product category is 250 g/l, and this product contains a maximum of 10 g/l.

Chamäleon Soft & perfect bodyfiller is characterized by its very smooth surface without pores which allows skipping the application of fine putty. Can be sanded already with high abrasion after a short drying time. Adhesion to iron, steel, aluminium, galvanised substrates, GRP and wood. No sagging of the filler. Painting preparation process: Hardener: Hardener P Mixing ratio: Paint + hardener 100:2 by weight Pot life at 20 °C: 3 - 4 min. Processing conditions: Please only use in an adequate ventilated environment with an ample supply of fresh air. Processing temperature should be at least +10 °C and max. air humidity should not exceed 80%. Polyester-based body filler does not cure anymore at a temperature of below +10 °C.
