Voltage Regulator
The Voltage Regulator connects a Hall effect throttle to various industrial control voltages, supporting supply voltages greater than 5V and bipolar outputs. Users can specify supply voltages of 5 VDC, 10 VDC, 12 VDC, 24-30 VDC, or custom options. Output voltages can be 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC, +/-5 VDC, +/-10 VDC, or custom outputs. Electrical specifications include a supply power range of 5VDC to 30VDC and a maximum supply current of 90mA. Wiring involves a red wire for supply power, a black wire for ground, and various wires for outputs.
Analog Deadband
This feature enhances return-to-center accuracy for joysticks with outputs ranging from 0VDC to 5VDC, providing a constant output of 2.5VDC for joystick positions within +/-2.5° from center. Ideal for safety-critical applications. Electrical specifications require a supply power of 4.5VDC to 5.5VDC and a supply current of 10mA per axis. Wiring specifications include a red wire for power supply, a black wire for ground, and various wires for outputs.
Discrete Output
The Discrete Output option provides up to 6 high voltage/current on/off outputs and proportional outputs, suitable for small motors and hydraulic solenoids. Operates with a supply voltage of 5.0-40VDC and a supply current of 30mA plus 10mA per hall sensor. Wiring involves a red wire for power supply, a black wire for ground, and various wires for outputs.
Center Detect
This feature uses a microprocessor to monitor joystick output, providing logic and proportional signals for safety. Specified for joysticks with a range of 0.5VDC to 4.5VDC. Electrical specifications include a supply power of 4.5V to 5.5V and a supply current of 30mA plus 10mA per axis. Wiring involves a red wire for power supply, a black wire for ground, and various wires for outputs.
Dual Decode
Dual Decode monitors two linear opposite-ramp signals for each joystick axis, providing proportional and logical outputs. Ideal for high liability, safety-critical applications. Electrical specifications require a supply power of 4.5VDC to 5.5VDC and a supply current of 30mA plus 10mA per axis. Wiring specifications include a red wire for power supply, a black wire for ground, and various wires for outputs.
