Poseidon Falling film Evaporator Poseidon is a multiple effect “Falling Film” evaporator, suitable for the concentration of cloudy and clear fruit juices and vegetables. It could be designed for both parallel flow (highest temperature in lowest concentration effect) and counter flow (highest temperature in higher concentration effect).
