TPC & T PM RANGES REFRIGERATED WORKTABLES OUR RANGES T he pastry worktables of the TPC and TPM ranges offer a very wide choice of product definition. They are designed for positive conservation (minimum +1°C) of all pastry and Viennese pastry products. They are equipped to receive 400x600mm trays or grids. TPM:VENTILATED MONOBLOC WORKING TABLES All appliances of the TPM range are equipped with a 50mm thick insulated top of 304 stainless steel or a 30 mm thick granite top. The insulating panels are made of «ecological» polyurethane foam: the agent of expansion is with water. The injection is realized in high pressure with a density of 42kg/m3.
