Description
The neMIX Syringe Stirrer is designed for special applications requiring stirring of suspensions during the dosing process to prevent sedimentation. It is an extension compatible with neMESYS Low Pressure modules and is available with modified 2.5 ml and 5.0 ml syringes.

Materials
The syringe is made of glass and PTFE, while the stirrer insert comprises silicone, PTFE, steel, and epoxy.

Environment / Handling
Operating temperature ranges from -10 °C to 45 °C, and storage temperature ranges from -40 °C to 80 °C. It supports operating and storage humidity levels of 20% to 80%, non-condensing. The device is limitedly autoclavable and can be sterilized with 70% alcohol or UV.

Configuration
Available syringe sizes are 2.5 ml and 5 ml. The minimum rotation speed is 60 rpm, and the maximum is 1628 rpm, depending on media viscosity.

Dosing Performance
In combination with neMESYS modules, the dosing performance varies by gear and syringe size. For the 2.5 ml syringe, the minimum flow rate ranges from 0.03 to 0.95 µl/min, and the maximum flow rate ranges from 7.63 to 222.50 ml/min. For the 5 ml syringe, the minimum flow rate ranges from 0.06 to 1.91 µl/min, and the maximum flow rate ranges from 15.26 to 445.00 ml/min.

Notice
The entire volume of the stirring syringe cannot be dosed. The neMIX Syringe is only compatible with neMESYS Low Pressure modules.
