DescriptionThe NEMESYS OEM160 and OEM210 syringe
pumps are designed for integration, offering precise and pulsation-free dosing. These modules are based on the neMESYS low-pressure laboratory model and feature enhanced integration capabilities. Each module includes an automatic 3/2-way valve (10 bar) for automated refilling or continuous flow operation, and a universal syringe holder compatible with multiple syringe types up to 25 ml.
Electrical InterfaceThe pumps use a Molex Mini-Fit Jr.TM 2-Pole Type for power supply with a maximum of 30 V DC. Communication interfaces include CAN (1 Mbit/s) and RS232 (115200 bit/s) with specific connectors for signal and I/O.
Mechanical DataOEM160: Weighs 1.1 kg with dimensions of 160 x 44 x 192 mm. OEM210: Weighs 1.4 kg with dimensions of 210 x 44 x 160 mm. Both models use M3 screws for attachments.
