DescriptionThe NEMESYS OEM310 Syringe
Pump is designed for integration purposes, offering precise and pulsation-free dosing. It is based on the neMESYS low-pressure laboratory model with enhanced integration capabilities. Each module includes an automatic 3/2-way valve (available in 3 or 6 bar versions) for automated refilling or continuous flow operations, and a universal syringe holder compatible with multiple syringe types up to 50ml.
Electrical Interface
The pump features a Molex Mini-Fit Jr.TM 2-Pole Type power supply with a maximum of 30V DC. It supports CAN communication at 1 Mbit/s and RS232 at 115200 bit/s. The signal I/O includes various analog and digital inputs and outputs, with power supply options of +24V DC and +5V DC.
Mechanical Data
The pump weighs 1.1 kg and measures 310 x 47 x 130 mm. It can be attached using M3 screws.
Environment
Operating temperature ranges from 0 to 45°C, while storage temperature ranges from -40 to 85°C. Both operating and storage humidity should be between 20% and 80%, non-condensing. The sound power level is below 70dB (A).

The power supply voltage input is 24 V DC, with a peak current of 0.6 A and a typical current of 0.3 A.
Module Performance
The maximum pusher velocity is 6 mm/s, and the minimum is 1 nm/s. The minimum pusher travel is 3.5 nm, and the maximum linear force is 290 N or 65 lbs.
Module Configuration
The gear box translation is 14:1. The syringe holder accommodates diameters of 6–30 mm or 40 mm, and the valve type is a 3/2-way solenoid available in 3bar or 6bar configurations.
