DescriptionThe NEMESYS OEM160 and OEM210 syringe
pumps are designed for integration purposes, offering accurate and pulsation-free dosing units. These modules are based on the neMESYS low-pressure laboratory model and feature increased integration capabilities. Each module includes an automatic 3/2-way valve for automated refilling or continuous flow operation and a universal syringe holder accommodating multiple syringe types up to 25 ml.
Electrical Interface
The electrical interface includes a power supply socket (Molex Mini-Fit Jr.TM 2-Pole Type) with a maximum of 30 V DC. Communication interfaces include CAN (1 Mbit/s) and RS232 (115200 bit/s) with specified connectors and signals. Additional signal I/O includes AI1, AI2 (0 - 5V), DI1, DI2, DI7, DO1, DO2, DO5, DGND, AGND, +24V DC, +5V DC, and Shield PE Connector.

For the OEM160, the weight is 1.1 kg with dimensions of 160 x 44 x 234 mm. The OEM210 weighs 1.4 kg with dimensions of 210 x 44 x 203 mm. Both models use M3 screws for attachments.
