Description
The NEMESYS Low Pressure Syringe Pump is a modular and powerful dosing unit designed for high-precision dosing tasks. It is capable of handling fluid streams ranging from milliliters to picoliters without pulsation. The system allows for the connection of up to 8 pump modules to a BASE 120 module or up to 40 modules to a BASE 600. Each module includes an automatic 3/2-way solenoid valve for automated refilling cycles or continuous flow operations.

Flow Performance
The pump offers different flow rates depending on the syringe size and gear box configuration. For example, with a 10 µl syringe and a 14:1 gear box, the flow rate ranges from 0.012 nl/min to 0.06 ml/min. The flow rates vary with different syringe sizes and gear box configurations, with other volumes available upon request.

Valve Configuration
The valves are made from materials such as PEEK/PCTFE and FFPM/EPDM. The fluidic port is ¼"-28 UNF, with other options available on request. The pressure limitation is 3 bar or 6 bar, and the media temperature ranges from 2 – 40 °C or 0 – 50 °C.

Mechanical Data
The pump weighs 1.3 kg and has dimensions of 310 x 47 x 56 mm.

Environment
The operating temperature range is 0 – 45 °C, and the storage temperature range is -40 – 75 °C. Both operating and storage humidity should be between 20 – 80%, non-condensing.

Electrical Data
The peak power consumption is 14.5 W, with a power supply voltage input of 24 V DC.

Interfaces
The pump supports CAN interface with a maximum of 1 Mbit/s and RS232 with a maximum of 115200 bit/s.

Module Performance
The maximum pusher velocity is 6 mm/s, and the minimum is 1 nm/s. The minimum pusher travel is 3.5 nm, and the maximum linear force is 290 N or 65 lbs.

Module Configuration
The gear box translation options are 14:1 or 29:1. The syringe holder accommodates diameters of 6–30 mm or 40 mm. An optional I/O port is available with 12 pins and 12-bit resolution.
