Pump is designed to handle high pressures, viscous media, large sample volumes, and precise flow rates ranging from nanoliters to liters per hour. It features robust construction and safety measures, including internal pressure sensing and a safety cover, ensuring reliability for both laboratory and industrial applications.
Flow PerformanceThe pump supports various syringe sizes made of steel, each with specific pressure and flow rate capabilities:
- 3 ml: Max pressure 510 bar / 7400 psi, flow rate 4.4 NL/min to 21.1 ml/min
- 5 ml: Max pressure 220 bar / 3300 psi, flow rate 7.4 NL/min to 35.7 ml/min
- 10 ml: Max pressure 120 bar / 1740 psi, flow rate 14.8 NL/min to 71.4 ml/min
- 25 ml: Max pressure 50 bar / 730 psi, flow rate 42.7 NL/min to 206.0 ml/min
- 50 ml: Max pressure 25 bar / 363 psi, flow rate 83.6 NL/min to 404.0 ml/min
- 100 ml: Max pressure 12 bar / 174 psi, flow rate 171.0 NL/min to 825.0 ml/min
Pressure Transducer Configuration
The integrated pressure transducer is made of 316L material and supports pressure ratings from 40 to 600 bar, with an operating temperature range of -40 to 105 °C.
Mechanical Data
The pump weighs 4.5 kg and measures 310 x 110 x 136 mm.
Environment
Operating temperature is 0 to 45 °C, with storage temperatures from -40 to 75 °C. Humidity levels for both operation and storage range from 20 to 80%, non-condensing.
Electrical Data
The pump has a peak power consumption of 48 W and requires a 24 V DC power supply.
Interfaces
It includes CAN (max 1 Mbit/s), RS232 (max 115200 bit/s), and a 12-bit I/O port.
Module Performance
The maximum pusher velocity is 7 mm/s, with a minimum of 1 nm/s. The minimum pusher travel is 21 nm, and the maximum linear force is 2600 N / 585 lbs.
Configuration
The default configuration includes 316L I-piece material, a fluidic port of ⅛” female ISO or ¼-28 UNF, and an orifice size of 2mm or 4mm.
