Mass Flow Tester CETATEST 625 - for the leak test of large volume parts The CETATEST 625 mass flow tester is used for quality assurance in the production process. The testing method is based on the measurement of the mass flow rate according to the calorimetric (thermal) principle. Depending on the technical configuration (measuring range of the mass flow sensor), the CETATEST 625 can be used in the indirect mode for leak testing large-volume products with small leak rates or in the direct mode to measure larger mass flow rates (up to 60 Nl/min). In indirect mode, small leak rates are measured by flooding the test pressure from a previously filled reservoir volume without the disturbing influences of a pressure regulation. The mass flow rate can be directly converted to parameterisable reference conditions.
