These include thightness against dirt and moisture. The requirements are described in the definition of IP protection classes. These IP protection class tests are type tests of samples in the laboratory. But what happens if during the production of large quantities the manufacturing conditions in the production line do not correspond to those of the type sample or change gradually and this has an effect on the tightness of the products? When leaky products are delivered, it is too late to take corrective action. For this reason, many products are tested for leaks during production. This ensures the quality of each individual product. Test media: compressed air and hydrogen For more than 30 years CETA Testsysteme GmbH has been working with great success as a solution partner and manufacturer of physical test devices. These devices are used for industrial leak tests and flow measurements for 100 % routine testing in the production line. Compressed air and hydrogen are used as test media. These test methods are characterised by the fact that they can be integrated into the assembly line in a processsecure manner. Highest product quality The test devices (Made in Germany) are in-house developments. Important components and accessories (e.g. calibration standards) are also manufactured in-house. This meets the high demands on the quality of the internal modules. Extensive tests before delivery ensure the high quality of the test devices. An integrated monitoring of the correct device function guarantees a special degree of process reliability. The test devices are equipped with a 3-year warranty period, which impressively underlines the high quality and reliability.

Wide range of applications A comprehensive range of testing equipment allows the right solution to be found for practically any testing application. The test devices are used by the customer for quality assurance, quality control and production assurance in the assembly line or at the individual test station.
