The Warrior MU is self-contained and preconfigured providing a pre-engineered solution for standard crane control. The Warrior MU will accept control commands from HH2S, MCB, and Warrior CB series transmitters. The sturdy enclosure allows the Warrior MU to operate worry free in harsh weather conditions. An integral pre-wired, numbered 25-wire cable allows easy installation by following instruction drawings. The MU6E is a modular receiver intended for use in industrial systems including overhead cranes. The self-contained MU6E can be configured with various input/output modules accommodating various I/O requirements. The MU6E will accept control commands from the full range of Cervis Warrior transmitters including the multilever Warrior Console Box. The MU6E can be mounted by utilizing the included 4-bolt mounting flange. The sturdy enclosure allows the MU6Eto operate in harsh weather conditions. Additional accessories also available include antenna extension cables and integrated audible horn. Using Channel Hopping Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum (DSSS) technology at 900MHz, HH2S handheld remotes provide a robust link with a receiver in congested radio environments. These handheld remotes feature seamless association to receivers without a need to cycle power or access the receiver. Using an internal accelerometer, the handheld remote immediately deactivates following a high g-Force event. Auto-Shutdown is also available through an inactivity timer. Both features are configurable. Pushbuttons are rated at greater than 6N force to activate the first step and greater than 12N to activate Step 2. Handheld remote applications include, but are not limited to, overhead crane control, such as 3-motion/2-speed and 2-motion/2-speed. Both can include A/B transfer. This transmitter offers up to seven single-axis, bi-directional levers for crane motions as well as toggle switches, pushbuttons, rotary switches, and potentiometers for AUX functions. Housed in an extremely durable, sealed glass-filled nylon enclosure, the Warrior CB is ready for duty in harsh environments including outdoor applications. Warrior systems operate in the 900MHz FCC Part 15 License Free radio band, 400MHz band FCC Part 90 options are also available. The bi-directional radio transmission is continuously monitored, where each message sent by the transmitter is acknowledged with a message from the receiver. Trans-mitterdiagnostic LEDs provide radio integrity, battery life, and A/B/AUX select feedback to the operator.
