The LCB provides a robust control interface for the LongRT Base Unit (LBU). The rugged, low power unit reduces down time and operator frustration. Operating at 450MHz to 470MHz, the extended range of the controller affords a comfortable safety margin for the operator while allowing assured control of the system. Programmable features, such as Operator Vigilance and Tilt Detection, allow for safe application/site specific control, while customizable application-specific display readouts enhance operator system awareness. The bright 8-character LED display is easily read during both daylight and night operations, and the eight bright status LEDs provide a constant dynamic readout of current control conditions.
