The CMLT6427E is a 40 Volt, 0.5 Amp NPN Darlington transistor with a low VCE(SAT) of 0.8V at 50mA and minimum hFE of 25,000. In addition to meeting all standard specifications, the CMLT6427E offers enhanced specifications for ICEO, BVCBO, BVCES, BVEBO, VCE(SAT), and hFE.
