The CBRHDSH1-40L (1 Amp) and CBRHDSH2-40 (2 Amp) devices are 40 Volt low VF bridge rectifiers with a typical VF of 0.39V @ 1.0A and 0.45V @ 2.0A, respectively. These energy efficient devices are ideal for battery powered circuits requiring a small signal full wave bridge. Compared to the larger SMDIP surface mount package, the HD DIP case is 57% smaller, and utilizes 60% less board space. 60 Volt and 100 Volt versions of both 1 Amp and 2 Amp devices are currently in development. The CBRHDSH1-40L and CBRHDSH2-40 are available Bulk Packed or 3,000 pcs on 13 Tape & Reel. Prices for the CBRHDSH1-40L and CBRHDSH2-40 start at $0.42 each and $0.46 each, respectively for 3,000 pcs on a 13Ԕ reel. Sample devices are available upon request.
