Assembly The couplings are supplied from our works with the dogs already bolted on, and these dogs should not be disassembled for standard axial fitting. It is possible however to fit the coupling laterally (i.e. radially) like a 3-part coupling. For this purpose one dog for size 72, likewise 2 dogs diametrically oppposite each other (one from each hub) for sizes 76-185, must be taken off, and the flexible element must be cut in two.
