Specifications:
The SM 1100 is a superautomatic tyre changer featuring a vertical arm in an extra-rigid configuration. It includes a pneumatic movement of the operating arm and a double locking system with sliding rollers on the horizontal arm for enhanced accuracy. The body has an extractable pedal unit for easier technical service, a robust reduction unit, a CE-certified inflation pressure limiter, and a pedal-driven inflation device.

Features:
The machine is equipped with a patented leverless automatic mounting/dismounting tool with plastic protections, controlled by a joystick, eliminating the risk of rim or tyre damage. It includes a bead pressing device IPH, recommended for Run-Flat and UHP tyres, and a manual wheel locking system for rims from 12” to 30”. An available version, SM1100A, features a central pneumatic locking system.

Optional Equipment:
The SM1100 can be equipped with a pneumatic lift (IPL2) with a working capacity of up to 85 kg. It also features a new lateral bead braking system with independent and synchronized discs for controlled penetration and efficient bead breaking on wheels of the same diameter.
