Cables and Connectors Overview
This document provides detailed specifications and ordering information for cables and connectors used in fixed vibration systems by CEMB. It includes descriptions of different cable types, their materials, and applicable standards.

Specifications

Cable Types: Standard, ETFE, and Armoured.
Connector Side: All cables have 2 terminals plus a shield.
External Material/Colour: Standard (PVC/white), ETFE (ETFE/blue), Armoured (PVC/gray).
UV Resistance: ETFE and Armoured cables are UV resistant.
Chemical Resistance: ETFE offers excellent resistance, while Standard and Armoured are good and very good, respectively.
Temperature Range: Standard and Armoured (-20 to 80°C), ETFE (-65 to 150°C).
Armouring: Only the Armoured cable has internal stainless steel and external aluminum covered by PVC.
External Diameter: Varies by cable type, with Armoured having the largest diameter due to its armor.
Electrical Properties: Capacitance and inductance values are provided for each cable type.
Bending Radius: Minimum bending radius is 10 times the outer diameter for all cables.
Applicable Standards: Includes CEI, DIN, IEC, ASTM, MIL, and NEMA standards.
Flame Rating: All cables are fire retardant.

Optional Accessories: Various configurations for JB terminal side are available.
Ordering Code: Includes sensor type, cable type, connector type, cable length, terminal side type, and terminal side length.
Cable-Gland Options: Different materials and thread types are available for cable-glands.

Connectors

Various connector types are available, including 2 pins metallic, 4 pins M12, and 5 pins plastic connectors for ATEX zone 0.
Stand-alone connectors can be ordered separately without cables.
