EQUIPEMENT MANUFACTURER FOR PROCESS INDUSTRIES VEGETABLE EXTRACTION UNIT 200 LITRES USING ULTRASONIC WAVES The vegetable extraction unit intent is to perform a complete solid-liquid extraction cycle on a plant matrix boosted by ultrasonic waves. The payload is 200 litres of raw material. The extraction device is designed for classical solvents: • Ethanol • Ethylacetate • Isopropanol • Water The matrix macerates in a 200 litres extraction vessel with stirrer. The solvent circulates in a close loop including extraction vessel and ultrasonic waves generator erected outside ATEX zone. In the same skid unit, extraction process is completed with following batch processing of: decantation, freezing, filtration, concentration or evaporation. The required utilities are: - Hot water from 60 °C - Glycoled water at -10 °C - Electricity 240/380 V, 3φ + N - Compressed air 6 barg - Nitrogen 3 barg
