Hour counters

The chapter introduces several kinds of counters : - KWh counters are applied for measuring power consumption in alternating or three-phase supply networks. - The hour counters count the hours of operation of machines or equipments.

About a S0 interface a subsequent treatment of the energy data is made possible.
