Description
The S1E converter provides selectable input ranges via dip-switches and converts input signals into a standard 0-10 V d.c. output. It includes a stabilized power supply for load cells with short circuit protection. The device features two alarm circuits with adjustable set-points and static, optoisolated outputs. A failure control circuit signals interruptions or short circuits in load cells or wiring.

Model Options
Specify the complete model number and required functions to avoid misunderstandings. Options include different housing types (PCB, plastic, metal) and power supply configurations.

Installation
Install on a DIN EN50022 rail inside metal panels at a suitable height for calibration. Ensure the environment is within specified temperature limits and free from humidity condensation and aggressive vapors. Minimize the distance between the instrument and load cells for accuracy.

Wiring
Follow the terminal board connection drawing and applicable standards. Load cell and analog signal wiring should be separate from power cables. For EMC immunity, consider installing ferrite cores on cables.

Calibration
No calibration is required for the measuring range, but dip-switch settings must be configured according to provided tables. Adjust the front knob to the desired percentage value.
