Model PPM platform scales are suitable for industrial and residential applications, and have been specifically designed for easy integration into complex industrial automation systems. They seem to be the ideal solution for any type of manual or automatic application. - Filling of container - Automatic batching - Line end weighing - Piece counting > - Heavy construction with minimum dimensions. - "Off center" type load cell - No lever or moving mechanical parts - Easy installation - Custom version on request > Model PPM platforms scales are manufactured by heavy-duty tubular structure stainless steel covered by a stainless steel loading plate. The measuring sensor is an "off center" load cell, which supports directly the load without the need of lever or mechanical moving parts. The construction design allows an easy installation on existing plants. The platform provides for overload protection, four adjustable legs and glass level indicator. The electrical connections can be easily made trough a whether-proof junction box. The weight indicator is suitable for front panel installation; however it can be supplied already installed on a panel for desk positioning or equipped with a column for integral connection to the platform. The column, which supports the indicator panel, may be even installed remotely from the Platform.
