OXIGEN PURIFIER MICRO-CONTROLLED PURIOX 10 For medical and industrial use Ceimsa manufactures PSA oxygen generation systems for medical and industrial use to meet a wide variety of patient respiratory tract requirements (respiratory therapy techniques) and to satisfy the demand for oxygen at medical facilities (central oxygen supplies). Our industrial oxygen generation systems (with output anywhere from litres per minute to cubic metres per day) can be used for commercial applications which range from ozone generation and environmental remediation to thermal oxidation, aquaculture, welding, etc. Our PSA oxygen generation system separates oxygen from the other gases present in the air by passing it through a molecular compound called zeolite, which, at low pressure, retains nitrogen molecules and allows oxygen to pass. This oxygen is then supplied through an output nozzle for consumption at a defined pressure, meaning it can be used for any application that requires oxygen through a flow controller. The Puriox works the same way as an oxygen PSA system but in reverse, a molecular bed of activated carbon retaining the oxygen and letting the nitrogen pass, allowing purity to reach levels of up to 99%. They are made to generate oxygen at a programmable output pressure of between 4 bar and 5.5 bar at a concentration of 99% ± 1. Ceimsa’s Puriox oxygen purifier complies with European Community standards and is designed to work both independently and coupled to other generators to increase the flow, depending on the needs of the user. The Puriox is highly versatile in terms of characteristics, covering a range of needs, such as: hospital network supplies, Industrial network supplies, filling 3 bottles at high pressure. The Puriox is supplied by a PSA generator supplying 8m of 95% pure oxygen per hour at a pressure of between 4 and 6 bar.
