Product Description

The CEC model 1-328-0XXX is a remote Charge Converter designed for differential piezoelectric transducers. It converts high impedance charge input to low impedance AC mV output, providing both acceleration and proportional velocity signals. The output is proportional to the pC charge input with a constant gain, featuring selectable output gain of x2 or x10 and a frequency response of 5Hz to 10kHz. It operates on a 24 Vdc compliance voltage.

  • Inputs: Differential piezoelectric transducer with shield connected to case, 50 kΩ minimum resistance, 30,000 pF maximum capacitance, maximum input charge of 3,750 pC (x2 Gain) or 750 pC (x10 Gain).
  • Outputs: Acceleration or Velocity, single-ended with one side connected to signal ground, 50 Ω maximum output impedance, 30,000 pF maximum capacitance load, 20 V pk-pk maximum signal output at 24 Vdc.
