Main Technical Features
The EW100/S model is a low-pressure solvent washing equipment designed for cleaning the inside of open tanks and IBCs. It is applicable to models EW100/Sc, EW100/Sv, and EW100/Scv. The equipment is insulated to Atex and CE II2G IIB T4 standards and uses a Siemens S7/1200 PLC for programmable cycle process times. It operates with compressed air at 7 Bar and requires a power supply of 3x400 V – 50 Hz, with an installed power of 7.5 kW or 9 kW when operating at 60 liters per minute. The washing pressure is adjustable up to 40 bar, and the flow rate is either 30 or 60 liters per minute for stainless steel IBCs.

Sealing and Vessel Specifications
The equipment features different sealing options: cone for c models, flange for v models, and a combination for cv models. It accommodates vessel diameters from 800mm to 1600mm and heights from 900mm to 1650mm, with a total height of 1950mm including wheels. The column height is standard at 2800mm, with optional adjustments available.

Filters and Safety Devices
The system includes two stainless steel filters for residual liquid and high-pressure pump protection. Safety devices include sensors for cover lowering, washing liquid flow, compressed air, and cleaning media flow, along with a nitrogen blanketing system and an Atex grounding clamp.

Tank Sizes and Requirements
The equipment is suitable for open tank vessels with diameters ranging from 800mm to 1650mm and heights up to 1950mm. For 1000-liter IBCs in HDPE and stainless steel, the hole diameter ranges from 150mm to 250mm, with heights accepted up to 1950mm. Tanks must have a bottom drain valve on the side at 3 inches.
