Main Technical Features
The EW80/A model is a high-pressure water washing equipment designed for cleaning open tanks and IBCs. It supports models EW80/Ac, EW80/Av, and EW80/Acv, with insulation rated at IP55 and controlled by a Siemens S7/1200 PLC. The cycle process time is programmable, and it requires compressed air at 7 Bar. The equipment operates on a 3x400 V – 50 Hz power supply, with installed power of 39 kW at 400 bar and 20 kW at 250 bar. The motor power is 37 kW at 400 bar and 18.5 kW at 250 bar. The washing media can include water, detergents, and sanitizers, with adjustable washing pressures of 400 bar and 250 bar, and flow rates of 45 lit/min and 37 lit/min respectively. The maximum temperature for operation is 70°C.

Sealing and Vessel Specifications
The equipment accommodates vessel diameters from 800mm to 1600mm and heights from 900mm to 1650mm, with a total height of 1950mm including wheels. It features a loading cage with a tilting platform and various sealing options depending on the model. The column height is standard at 2800mm, with optional adjustments available.

Safety and Filters
Safety devices include sensors for cover lowering, washing liquid flow, compressed air, and cleaning media flow. The system is equipped with two stainless steel filters for residual liquid and high-pressure pump protection.

Tank Compatibility
The equipment is compatible with open tank vessels and 1000lt IBCs in both HDPE and stainless steel, with specific requirements for tank sizes and bottom drain valves.
