Main Technical Features
The EW100/A model is a high-pressure water washing equipment suitable for cleaning open tanks and IBCs. It operates at pressures of 250 or 400 bar and is applicable to models EW100/Ac, EW100/Av, and EW100/Acv. The equipment features an IP55 insulation and uses a Siemens S7/1200 PLC for programmable cycle process times. It requires a compressed air supply of 7 Bar and an electrical supply of 3x400 V – 50 Hz, with an installed power of 39 kW at 400 bar and 20 kW at 250 bar. The motor power is 37 kW at 400 bar and 18.5 kW at 250 bar. The washing media can include water, detergents, and sanitizers, with adjustable washing pressures of 400 bar and 250 bar. The flow rates are 45 lit/min at 400 bar and 37 lit/min at 250 bar, with a maximum temperature of 40° to 70°.

Sealing and Tank Sizes
The equipment is designed for different sealing configurations: EW100/Av for open tanks, EW100/Ac for IBCs, and EW100/Acv for both. Open tank vessels can have diameters ranging from 800mm to 1600mm and heights from 900mm to 1650mm. IBCs in HDPE and stainless steel have hole diameters of 150mm to 250mm and are accepted up to a height of 1950mm. All tanks must have a bottom drain valve on the side at 3”.

Safety and Optional Features
Safety devices include sensors for cover lowering, washing liquid flow, compressed air, and cleaning media flow. Optional features are available based on vessel diameter and column height requirements.
