How to Use the Brochure
This brochure is divided into sections, each marked by a different color to identify a specific type of jet. At the beginning of each section, technical information is provided to help select the appropriate nozzle design for various applications.

Orifice Dimensions
The dimensions of the orifices are given in millimeters and are nominal values.

Threaded Connections
All nozzles come with standard parallel or conical GAS threads (BSP/BSPT). NPT or other threads are available upon request.

Legend
Ø E: Maximum diameter for free passage to prevent clogging.
Ø U: Nominal diameter of the orifice.
Ø O: Equivalent nominal diameter.
X: Female thread connection.
Y: Male thread connection.

Jet Types
- Hollow-Cone Jet
- Tangential Feed Hollow-Cone Jet
- Full-Cone Jet
- Vee-Jet and Rectilinear Jet
- Atomized-Jet

Operative Data Tables
The flow tables highlight the flow measured at 2 bar, which is the reference pressure during product testing. Flow values for different pressures are calculated mathematically. Testing at different pressures (0.5 to 100 bar) is available upon request.

Ordering Information
Flow tables provide all necessary data for ordering. Example: To order a full-cone nozzle OC series with a male connection of 2” 1/2, flow of 152 l/min, pressure of 2 bar, spray angle of 90°, and material AISI 316.

Materials Code
Various materials are listed with corresponding codes, including carbon steel, stainless steel (AISI 316, 316L, 303, 304, etc.), brass, PVC, Delrin, polypropylene, PTFE, nylon, ABS, titanium, and more.

Threads Code
Different thread sizes and types are listed with corresponding codes, including BSPT, UNF, and metric threads.

Internal Filters
Characteristics: These fittings can be installed in process lines for targeted filtration and easy maintenance. Materials include AISI 316, AISI 303, brass, and PVC. Mesh sizes range from 50 to 130 mesh per inch, with free passage in microns provided.

Nozzles Series
Details on various nozzle series (O, OV, AAI, PTV, PV) are provided, including materials and mesh sizes.
