Conventional Air Cap and Fluid Nozzle Chart Overview
This document provides detailed specifications and operational guidelines for the TOMCAT 100C spray guns, focusing on air cap and fluid nozzle combinations.

Specifications
The chart lists various model numbers with corresponding pressure/siphon air cap fluid tip ranges, fan control SCFM, available fluid nozzles, and needle materials. Key models include 21-2166, 21-2266, and 21-2466, among others, with fluid nozzle sizes ranging from 0.6mm to 2.8mm.

Operation Instructions
1. Connect the air supply hose to the gun handle.
2. Attach a pressurized fluid supply or paint siphon cup to the gun fluid inlet.
3. Control fluid flow using the fluid control knob and adjust fan width with the fan control knob.

Maintenance Guidelines
Routine cleaning is essential. Use a gun cleaner if available, or clean manually by removing the air cap and using solvent. Disassembly of the gun head is not recommended for regular maintenance.

Gun Head Disassembly and Reassembly
Instructions are provided for disassembling and reassembling the gun head, including removing and installing various components such as the air cap, fluid nozzle tip, and needle.

Parts List
A detailed list of parts is included, with item numbers and descriptions, such as air cap, fluid tip, fluid nozzle body, and various seals and springs.

Material Type and Fluid Orifice Selection
The document includes a selection chart for fluid nozzle and air cap combinations based on material type and viscosity, categorized as very thin, thin, medium, and heavy.

Operation and Maintenance Instructions for Spray Guns Operation 1. Connect air supply hose at handle of gun. 2. Connect a pressurized fluid supply or paint siphon cup to the gun fluid inlet. 3. Fluid flow can be controlled using the fluid control knob, this restricts flow by limiting needle travel. It is best to control fluid flow by proper selection of fluid orifice size and use the fluid control knob to “fine tune flow rate”. 4. Fan width can be adjusted using the fan control knob. Turning the knob clockwise narrows the fan. Maintenance IMPORTANT! Routine cleaning and maintenance is essential...
