Techniclean S 892
Techniclean S 892 is an aqueous, mild alkaline cleaner designed for industrial use on multi-metal surfaces. It contains biodegradable surfactants and corrosion inhibitors, making it effective for removing various oils and dirt while leaving a temporary corrosion protective film after drying.
This cleaner is suitable for removing soluble oils, light neat cutting or stamping oils, thin corrosion protective films, lubrication oils, and general dirt from metal surfaces.
Techniclean S 892 is compatible with steel, cast iron, aluminium, nonferrous metals, and zinc.
The product is best used with spray and flood wash equipment, with moderate compatibility for ultrasonic cleaning.
- Concentration Range: 2 - 4%
- Temperature Range: 55 - 70ºC
- Spray Pressure: up to 3 bar
- Pipette 10 ml into an Erlenmeyer flask.
- Add 1 - 2 drops of Nitrazinyellow indicator solution.
- Titrate with hydrochloric acid (c = 0.1 mol/l) until the color changes from blue to yellow.
- Calculate concentration using the formula: required ml hydrochloric acid * factor 1.0.
- Appearance: Golden-yellow liquid
- Relative Density @ 20ºC: Approx. 1000 kg/m³ (DIN 51 757)
- pH (5% solution): Approx. 9.0
