Description
Castrol SafeCoat DW 37 is a high-quality solvent-deposited corrosion preventive with effective dewatering properties. It leaves a soft greasy protective film after the solvent evaporates.
Application
This product is suitable for medium to long-term protection in severe conditions, ideal for machine tools and components before long-term storage or transportation. It is most effective when applied by immersion in a dip tank, although brushing or spraying is also possible.

  • Free from heavy metals like Barium.
  • Stable film characteristics reduce run-off loss.
  • Suppresses fingerprints.
  • Good water displacing and penetrating properties.

Additional Information
Protective films of SafeCoat DW 37 can be removed using a petroleum solvent or alkaline process cleaner available from Castrol.
