Premium Quality Soluble Cutting Fluid APPLICATION Castrol Alusol B-P is the soluble cutting fluid specially developed to overcome all the difficulties associated with the machining of aluminium and its many alloys. Tool or chip welding, tool wear, poor surface finish and staining are just some of the problems which can be prevented by the use of this specialist cutting fluid.Castrol Alusol B-P is formulated to be used in a wide range of water hardness. FEATURES The advanced formulation blends high quality base oil with selected fatty materials and lubricity additives to create a long lasting and cost effective fluid, which extends tool life and reduces downtime Castrol Alusol B-P is formulated to control fungal and bacterial growth enhancing emulsion stability and reducing the need for fluid maintenance ADDITIONAL INFORMATION For maximum service life, coolant systems should be cleaned and sterilised by treatment with Castrol System Cleaner before changing toAlusol B-P. Treatment entails the addition of approximately 2% System Cleaner to the previous charge of coolant the day before it is due to be discarded.
