Overview: The LC Conveyor is designed by Cassel for integration with METAL SHARK® metal detectors, specifically for inspecting products with a maximum weight of 6 kg. It is constructed for immediate operation upon installation into existing production lines.

Construction and Design: The conveyor is made from high-quality stainless steel, suitable for the food industry, ensuring durability and maintenance-free operation. The design is optimized for metal detection, with polished surfaces and welded inserts to prevent water ingress.

Controls and Options: The conveyor features a stainless steel enclosure with START, STOP, and RESET buttons for ease of use. Optional key reset switches are available for enhanced security, complying with HACCP requirements. Variable frequency drives are supported, with options for Hitachi (220 VAC) or Allen Bradley (110 VAC) equipment.

Technical Specifications: The conveyor has a length of 800 mm (excluding reject), a line height of 800 mm ±50 mm, and a belt speed of 24 m/min. It is equipped with a Groschopp gear motor drive (3 Ph, 40W) and a polyurethane belt with a width of 400 mm. The system includes a stop-on-detect feature with a buzzer alarm for metal detection.

Additional Features: Optional features include a drop-end conveyor for rejects, a mobile reject bin with castors, and a transparent protective cover.
