Designed for Sample Preparation: All Carver pellet presses are designed to compact homogeneous powder into a usable pellet sample. Pellet dies are constructed of 440 stainless steel for corrosion resistance. All dies include a pellet ejector. A 13 mm die for IR sample preparation is supplied with 12 ton manual press (Model 4350). A 31mm die for x-ray sample preparation is provided with our 40 and 50 ton manual presses (Model 4555 & 4565). Some replaceable parts available on die sets. Consult factory for details. These presses are also available less the die. This allows the customer to choose the die they would like.
