Specific Feature: œ Smaller capacity booster based on standard compact twin booster aimed at 80 – 120 HP machines œ Simplified design and smaller size give cost advantages over larger boosters in the Carlisle booster family. Typical features include: œ Patented design for mineral oil single/twin pedal braking systems providing a boosted, progressive pedal feel. œ Generic design enables performance to be easily matched to most agricultural and industrial applications. œ Self bleed design keeps booster purged of any ingressed air œ Integrated master cylinder, booster and reservoir design less than 165mm long œ PTFE seal technology tested to 1,000,000 cycles œ Boost ratios from 3:1 to 5:1 œ Range of master cylinder diameters from 25.4 to 28.5mm œ Supply pressure range 15 bar to 25 bar (to be supplied by vehicle) with a minimum flow rate of 10L/min œ Temperature range -30C to 100C œ No reservoir required – uses supply oil for braking or clutch systems œ Range of metric or imperial ports œ Large variety of pushrod lengths and thread sizes available œ Reduced stroke of 28mm
