CEPA Dip-Centrifuge

CEPA Dip-Centrifuge

Product catalog summary
Overview: The OST 12 series centrifuges by CEPA are designed for the metalworking industry, specifically for processes such as dip-painting, soaking, coating, and oiling. These processes enhance corrosion resistance and slip properties of metal parts.
Specifications: The centrifuge operates in batch mode, handling up to 15 kg or 10 liters per dip process. It can perform 10 batches per hour with a speed of 1000 revolutions per minute (RPM) and a relative centrifugal force (RCF) of 160 g. The drum diameter is 300 mm.
Procedure: The process involves immersing parts in a liquid while the centrifuge is stationary. After immersion, the centrifuge spins to remove excess liquid, which is collected back into the dipping container. This ensures efficient use of materials and consistent coating.
Applications: Ideal for hardware that requires corrosion-inhibiting or enhanced slip properties, making it suitable for various metalworking applications.

CEPA Dip-Centrifuge-1

Centrifuge technology for metalworking Industry Painting, coating, soaking, oiling OST 12 series Small but special. CEPA centrifuges are ideal for dip-painting hardware as well as for soaking, coating or oiling to impart corrosion-inhibiting properties or enhanced slip properties. The parts are immersed in the liquid with the centrifuge at a standstill, then the excess is spun off. The dipping liquid flows back into the dipping container beneath the drum. The entire process – dipping and centrifuging – takes place inside the centrifuge.
