Inside Turning:
Three models are available for inside turning of wedding rings: Type 3D for cylindrical rings, Type R-3D for curved rings, and Type R-3D/3D for a combination of both. Each model uses diamond tools for turning inside contours and end faces, producing a highly polished surface. Ring blanks are tensioned using reduction clamps with a diameter range of 16 – 27 mm. A spray cooler with special cutting oil can be used for cooling.

External Turning:
Two models are available for external turning: KKsH for cylindrical rings and KKsH for curved rings. The front longitudinal slide is equipped with a crank handle and adjustable holder for diamond tools. Rings are tensioned using intermediate collett chucks, which are graded according to the relevant ring measurement system. A spray cooler with special cutting oil is also available for cooling diamond tools.
