Indoor Air Temperature Probe with Ethernet interface onboard Technical Information Measure Range IP02T is made for centralized temperature monitoring activities in distributed server rooms. The SNMP protocol support allows direct integration in standard monitoring instruments applied to the network. The device constantly measures the temperature through a wired sensor placed in the most useful place. If the temperature exceeds (in absolute or differential value regarding the previous sample) opportune thresholds, then, relative alarms (trap) are sent to a default host directory. All the device management parameters are remotely modifiable in real time. The device can be easily used also in other different ways withins the CED monitoring thanks to many free or charged applicatives that allows the creation of centralized monitoring applications based on SNMP protocol.
