LIGHT ALLOY PLATFORMS Light alloy BT type platforms: transportable platforms that solve levelling of small height gaps, generally for wagons or lorries side loadings. They include a bottom guide wing, for avoiding their displacement when crossed. They have one or two handles for being moved. Light alloy KB type: side sliding levellers, inside a steel rail to be welded onto the dock rim. DOCK RIM LIGHT ALLOY BALANCED LEVELLERS Gliss type dock rim light alloy balanced levellers: because of the ergonomic lifting effort limitation of 30 kg all Gliss models, fix and sliding, are equipped with gas-spring balancing (picture at right) until 815 mm length and with coil spring (picture at right, below) until 1815 mm. They are all provided with a vertical rest position safety latch. There are bigger dimensions available on demand, requiring a bigger rail. DOCK RIM STEEL BALANCED LEVELLERS Gliss type dock rim RAL 5010 steel balanced levellers, 5000 and 6000 kgs capacity: Steel Gliss type levellers: coil springs allow for a very good balancing from the vertical to the horizontal, also for important dead weights. It allows choosing, for the bigger dimensions, Gliss levellers of capacity 5000 and 6000 kgs. The levellers are provided with a security latch in the stored vertical position. Positioning is made with one (or two for the heavier levellers) side bars that remain latched with the leveller when not used: ergonomic effort within 30 kgs....
