Installation Steps for Frangible Mast:

1. Preparation of Foundation Bolts:
Screw a thin nut onto each threaded foundation bolt to a distance of 60-65 mm.

2. Positioning Foundation Bolts:
Insert each of the four foundation bolts through the holes in the thinner foundation ground plate. Secure with an additional thin nut, ensuring the hinge points upwards.

3. Placement in Concrete:
Place the foundation bolts in concrete, ensuring the hinging bolt is oriented in the direction for raising and lowering the pole. Maintain a 30 mm gap between the concrete and the ground plate for vertical adjustment. Ensure the ground plate is level.

4. Securing After Concrete Hardens:
Once the concrete sets, check and adjust the level of the ground plate using nuts above and below the plate. Secure with a full nut and washer on each ground rod.

5. Attaching the Pole:
Align the foot of the pole with the ground plate, insert the hinge pin, and secure with provided nuts and washers.

6. Securing the Mast:
Position the mast on the foundation ground plate, then secure with a washer and full nut on each rod above the mast's base plate.

7. Leveling the Mast:
Adjust the full nuts below the mast base plate to level the mast. Further secure with the full nut above the base plate.

8. Final Adjustments:
Re-tension bolts a few weeks after installation.
